Blogger(www.blogger.com) is a free service from Google. If we have our own domain we can use it, but if not we can use the blogspot.com extension for our blog.

You must post content useful to your audience otherwise there are no visitors to your blog. No visitors means no money. Drive traffic to your blog is your responsibility. You must do search engine optimization to drive lots of new visitors to your blog. You must use keywords in relevant positions on your blog, it helps to rank your blog on search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

AdSense is an advertising service. These ads are run by Google. We can apply AdSense to our blog. Then you can get a code from google and you have to place it on your blog. After approval, google starts to play ads on your blog. If your blog visitors click these ads, Google pays you. So, using AdSense you can earn money. According to your blog posts, google play ads. It's helped maximized the number of clicks you get. More clicks mean more money.
